Jin has over 12 years of experience teaching yoga. Her path to teaching has evolved throughout the years from the depth of art of Chinese calligraphy and the methods of breathing to understanding the concept of energy residing in body.
In course of years, Jin has blended her Hata yoga teachings with the rich Chinese art of breathing to introduce a unique brand of Yoga. While conducting her class, Jin has a very direct and easy approach to enable students to boost their energy level. Her classes are designed to lovingly and gently guide student along their own ever-evolving path to genuine health and energized life. Jin’s classes are lively mix of strength and flexibility, breath and body.
